This lamb has nothing to do with my life other than he is cute and when I typed "spring" into the media search on my host site he popped up so I had to insert him! Doesn't he just make you smile? Can't we all use a good smile?

With everything going on in this crazy world. I noticed something yesterday that just reminded me that life goes on.
My hostas are coming up!

I mean they are just nubbins sticking out of the ground right now but it is a beautiful and simple reminder that creation knows its role and does what it knows to do.
And Thursday night there was the most beautiful rainbow that I regret not getting a picture of. But the sky was this amazing shade of pink and my whole neighborhood was aglow in it.
All I could think of was:
God of Your promise
You don't speak in vain no syllable empty or void
For once You have spoken
All nature and science
Follow the sound of Your voice
And as You speak A hundred billion creatures catch Your breath Evolving in pursuit of what You said If it all reveals Your nature so will I I can see Your heart in ev'rything You say Ev'ry painted sky a canvas of Your grace If creation still obeys You so will I So will I So will I
In it all, God's Sovereign hand is steady and unshaken. His plans and purposes are unthwarted and He will receive the honor and praise He is due.

The other things is that I hung my spring door wreath up! This was a gift from my boss in Minnesota when Donny and I moved back to Illinois. That means it is 18 years old this year!
It might be the last year I get away with hanging it and it's message is pretty taboo in this current season...I mean, we can barely hop on out let alone someone hop on in.
Hang in there my friends! God's not done and neither are we.
