Let me tell you bout my best friend!

Ya'll. I am fully confident that I have the bestest friend in all the world. That's really cheesy and she'll laugh at that. We met 17 years ago...Abby, can you believe that?!?! We've been through a lot together and I can't imagine my life without her. She's definitely stuck with me.

We decided...well I thought it would be good and asked her and she is going along with my shenanigans...to share a conversation with you! So, we texted back and forth some questions and bantered about our answers, and you get the joy of reading the conversation. Here's how it went...

Me: okay friend. let’s get our minds off of things and let’s do a back and forth, question and answer lol. Should we take turns asking them question or just both of us answer? lol

Abby:Both answer is good. So I answer for me right?

Me:Yeah. Like it is a discussion but we’re guiding it with questions lol!

1. What Is One Thing You Regret Having Done Or Not Done In Your Life?

Abby: Regret not doing for me. I’ll answer that.

Me: okay. I’ll take regret doing. I regret the one time my sister-in-law cut my hair.

Abby: Not going to an out of state university

Me: Dude! I have often said that I regret NOT going to North Central. We really are more alike than anyone understands lol Even our regrets are similar

Abby: Haha 😆 did Paula or Marcia do it?

Me: lol Marcia. It was one time Donny and I came home from MN for a visit and I really wanted a haircut. We really thought we could handle it. We couldn’t.

2. What Do You Think Has Been The Hands-Down Funniest Moment In Our Friendship?

Abby: Thats easy.. screaming in the car in South Carolina out of pure emotion and then cracking up about it

Me: HA! I was going to say the same!

Abby: You should say that when you type our interview up or whatever this is haha

3. Which Famous Person Would You Like To Be BFFs With?

Me: Famous BFF…I think Zachary Levi would be fun to hang with. But I also think Annie F Downs would make a good friend. I mean, she’s famous! I think, anyway

Abby: ...that question stresses me out... like how do I really know they would be a good Friend? Or is it just b/c they are famous that I’d pick them... idk so many questions

Me: HA! Don’t overthink it. Who seems like they’d be fun

Abby: So couple BFF’s I think... like Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard. They seem fun

Me: yeah they do!

4. What’s A Common Experience For Many People That You’ve Never Experienced?

Abby: Skiing ⛷ lol

Me: *thinking* hmmm…

Abby: Is that common enough?

Me: lol I have tried skiing…it’s not for me lol I don’t even think what I did can even be called skiing. I am trying to think of mine.

Abby: Nemesis ... folding laundry, I loathe it

Abby: Louis Vuitton Bag

Me: Girl be drippin'. I think mine would be some other stupid expensive handbag of some kind. I don’t know which but, definitely a bag.

7. What Movie Can You Watch Over And Over Without Ever Getting Tired Of?

Me: While You Were Sleeping and any of the Avengers.

Abby: The Holiday or Little Mermaid

Me: I don’t think I could get tired of The Holiday even if I watched it ten times a day for ten years.

Abby: Me too! Love it!! I’ve never seen While You Were Sleeping all the way through

Me: I just love it!

8. Where’s One Place You’d Like To Go That You Haven’t Been?

Me: I don’t like having to pick just one. But I guess it would be Israel.

Abby: Goodness anywhere in Europe or Israel!

Me: 100% agree

9. What’s The Dumbest Thing You’ve Ever Done On A Dare?

Me: lol This one’s a no-brainer for me. I licked the gym floor at camp a couple years ago.

Abby: Ahhhhhh 😱I don’t know...

Me: You’re typically more practical than a dare lol That’s a good thing.

Abby: Haha usually

Me: I was caught up in the laughter of teenagers and youth pastors and water bottle flips to say no to the gym floor

Abby: I did eat coffee bean that was like 5yrs old and part of a display... that people touch all the time for $20 to go for my missions trip 🤷🏼‍♀️

Me: HA! THAT’S AMAZING!

Abby: Haha... it didn’t even taste like coffee or anything really

Me: well that’s anti climactic

Abby: Wait wait... you licked a GYM floor....

Me: 🤣I did

Abby: That’s crazy!!! All the shoes

Me: and sweat

10. 100 Kittens Or 3 Baby Sloths?

Me: Since I am not a big cat fan, I’m a go with the sloths lol

Abby: sloth I guess but I do like cats... but allergies

Me: I get it

Abby: Nope that’s good... totally fun though!

Even after all these years we had stuff to learn about each other! Pretty sure we'll be the two old ladies in rocking chairs on the front porch one day.
